Build a Belgian legal document generation platform called dokly with two core features: FEATURE 1 — Legal document generator: - User selects a document type (rental contract, demand letter, cohabitation agreement) - Step-by-step form collects relevant info (names, dates, addresses, terms) - AI generates a legally formatted PDF document in Dutch - Stripe payment (€19–€45) before download - Disclaimer that documents should be verified by a lawyer FEATURE 2 — Subsidy scanner: - 5-minute questionnaire (company type, sector, region, size, investment plans) - AI matches profile against database of Belgian subsidies (Vlaanderen, federal, EU) - Outputs a personalized PDF report with matched subsidies, amounts, deadlines, and apply links - Stripe payment €49 before download GENERAL: - Clean, trustworthy design (white, professional, like a law firm website) - Dutch language - Email delivery of the generated document after payment - Admin dashboard to see orders and revenue - Mobile-friendly
