A team of 5 AI agents that builds complete SaaS products: from product design to backend architecture, from user interface to test suite. Default stack: Next.js + Convex + Stripe + Vercel. Every project includes authentication, database, API, payments, and documentation. The team follows a structured process: user stories → architecture → development → testing → deploy. Ideal for non-tech founders, early-stage startups, and product managers who want to validate an idea with a real MVP without hiring a full development team.
Mission
Build an AI business called "ShipFast Studio" — a complete SaaS product development team.
TEAM STRUCTURE:
- Lead: Technical Lead (defines architecture, breaks down features into tasks, reviews PRs, makes tech decisions)
- Product Manager: translates user requirements into user stories and technical specs
- Backend Engineer: builds APIs, database schemas, authentication, payment integration, and server logic
- Frontend Engineer: builds the UI with React, handles state management, responsive design, and UX flows
- QA Engineer: writes unit tests, integration tests, identifies edge cases, validates features before release
MISSION:
Plan, build, test, and ship a complete SaaS product from idea to deployed MVP, including authentication, database, API, frontend UI, and payment processing.
HOW IT WORKS:
- User provides: product idea, target user, core features (max 5 for MVP), tech preferences (or default to Next.js + Convex + Stripe)
