Value Proposition

We provide vetted, reliable warehouse staff — pickers, packers, loaders, and forklift operators — on short notice. Warehouses avoid the time, cost, and risk of recruiting and managing temporary labor themselves. Every worker is pre-screened, trained on safety basics, and replaceable same-day if they don't show.

Target Customer

Warehouses, distribution centers, and e-commerce fulfillment operations that face fluctuating volume — peak seasons, big order drops, or chronic absenteeism. Mid-sized operators (50–200 staff) who don't have their own dedicated HR/temp desk are the sweet spot.

Revenue Model

Hourly rate markup: we pay the worker an hourly wage and bill the client at a marked-up rate (typically 25–40% above wage). No long-term contracts — clients pay only for hours worked.
