What we're building

An on-demand staffing service for hotels: when a housekeeper calls out or a front desk agent quits, the hotel books a vetted, experienced replacement in hours — not days. Independent hospitality workers, free from full-time employment, pick up shifts on their own schedule.

Matching model: a hotel describes what it needs and answers a short Q&A (role, dates, hours, must-haves); we direct the right vetted candidate from our worker pool to them. Workers are routed to the companies that fit their skills and availability — no full-time lock-in on either side.

Current focus

The MVP is a polished landing page that makes the offer concrete: how it works for hotels (request coverage, answer a few questions, get the right vetted professional) and for independent workers (sign up, choose your shifts, stay independent). It captures interest from both sides with clear request/signup actions — the foundation we'll turn into real bookings once scheduling and payments come next.

We will pilot in New York City: hotel outreach and worker recruitment focus there first, proving demand before expanding to other metros. Worker onboarding follows owner direction: applicants apply online, are vetted electronically — including a criminal record check — before approval to work.
