Overview
LocalReach automates lead generation for small sales teams. It scrapes local business listings from Google Maps, generates a customized website mockup showing what a modern site could look like for each business, and drafts a personalized outbound email. All leads, mockups, and emails surface in a simple dashboard so you can browse prospects and reach out faster.
The MVP targets one business category in one city (e.g., restaurants in Austin). You configure the category and location, the system scrapes ~10 qualified prospects, generates HTML previews and custom emails for each, and displays them in the dashboard ready to review and send.

What we're building
A lead generation pipeline that scrapes local business listings, uses an LLM to generate a customized UI preview mockup tailored to each business, and drafts personalized outbound emails — all surfaced in a lightweight dashboard.
Current focus
MVP: End-to-end pipeline for one category, one city. A Python script scrapes local business targets (e.g., restaurants in Austin from Google Maps), an LLM generates a simple single-page HTML mockup showing what a modern site could look like for that business, and the system drafts a short outbound email. Results land in a basic web dashboard where you can browse generated previews and emails. The smallest working version: scrape ~10 businesses, generate previews + emails for them, and display them on a page.
