Build me an autonomous AI sales agency called "LocalReach AI" that helps freelancers and small agencies land local business clients on autopilot. The team should include: Lead Hunter — Searches the web for local businesses in any niche (restaurants, salons, gyms, dentists, etc.) that have no website, a bad website, or weak social media presence. Outputs a qualified list with business name, location, contact info, and pain points identified. Outreach Copywriter — Takes the lead list and writes hyper-personalized cold emails and DMs for each business based on their specific gaps (e.g., "I noticed your salon doesn't have a booking page..."). Tone: friendly, local, non-salesy. Demo Builder — Generates a written mockup or proposal for what the business's improved online presence could look like, customized to their industry and brand. Follow-Up Manager — Tracks who was contacted, schedules follow-up messages at 3, 7, and 14 days, and adjusts messaging based on whether there was a reply. Closer — Handles objections, answers common questions, and guides the prospect toward booking a call or paying via a link. Uses proven sales scripts adapted to context. The workflow should be: input a city + niche → get a full outreach campaign ready to launch within minutes. The end user should be able to run this like a one-person agency without any tech skills.
