Built for independent podcasters (roughly 500–50k downloads per episode) who publish weekly but never have time for promotion. One episode in, a whole content machine out.
The MVP includes a demo transcript you can try with one click, credit-based pricing ($19 for 10 episodes), and Stripe payment integration so you can start generating content immediately.

What we're building
PodPilot is an AI repurposing agent for independent podcasters. Paste in an episode transcript and it returns polished show notes, chapter timestamps, a newsletter blurb, and platform-ready social posts in a couple of minutes — the hour-plus of promotion work solo creators usually skip. One episode in, a whole content machine out.
Current focus
The MVP we're building now: a working web app on our site — a clean landing page plus the generator itself (transcript in → assets out, with a one-click demo transcript), and a buy button for credit packs ($19 for 10 episodes, sold via Stripe payment links) so the first customers can actually pay. It's aimed at indie podcasters (roughly 500–50k downloads per episode) who publish weekly and never get around to promoting. The first version is done when the demo runs end-to-end and a customer can buy credits.
