Current focus
Validate SOPilot with independent cafés and small restaurant teams as the first beachhead. The published MVP demonstrates a representative restaurant document-to-course transformation, a staged AI-structuring preview (not live AI processing), employee quiz completion, manager and employee perspectives, local demo persistence, local-only feedback, and optional privacy-conscious analytics that remains disabled until configured. Real accounts, secure server persistence, remote lead capture, document processing, and payments remain future work.
