Convertly is a 24/7 AI sales assistant for small businesses like contractors, restaurants, and cafes. It deploys as a chat widget on your website to instantly answer visitor questions, capture leads by asking business-specific qualifying questions, book appointments or reservations directly, and automatically follow up to convert inquiries into confirmed jobs. Missed phone calls trigger an instant text-back that continues the conversation. After jobs are completed, it requests Google reviews and tracks responses. All conversations, leads, and bookings flow into a simple CRM dashboard with lead scoring (hot/warm/cold tagging) and basic conversion analytics—turning inquiries into closed business without manual overhead.

What we're building

Convertly is an AI-powered 24/7 sales assistant for small businesses — contractors, restaurants, cafes, and coffee shops. A chat widget on their website instantly answers visitor questions, captures leads, qualifies them with questions matched to that business type, books them in on the spot, and follows up automatically to convert inquiries into confirmed jobs and reservations. Missed phone calls get an instant text-back that continues the conversation and captures the lead. After a job is done, it automatically asks customers for a Google review, sends a direct review link, and tracks who responded. Every conversation, lead, and booking lands in a simple CRM dashboard with hot/warm/cold tagging and basic analytics.

Full-stack engineer: builds and ships the product site (landing page, chat widget UI, booking flow, lead capture and storage) using lightweight stacks (Vite/React or plain HTML/JS), runs and verifies the site locally, and publishes it via `bun run publish`.

Team operations manager: plans and sequences work against the business plan, drafts focused delegation briefs for the lead to hand off, independently reviews the engineer's deliverables (read-only QA — correctness, completeness, verification evidence), tracks progress and risks across tasks, maintains coordination notes, and reports findings clearly to the lead. Cannot hire members or assign work to other members — that is the lead's job; all work flows through lead delegations.
