Currently live is the landing page and waitlist signup—the foundation for validating demand before building out the full proposal engine that will handle follow-ups, e-signature collection, and invoice conversion.

ProposalFlow AI is a SaaS platform that lets service businesses (contractors, landscapers, agencies, freelancers) generate professional estimates, proposals, quotes, and contracts using AI — then follow up, collect e-signatures, and convert approvals to invoices. It replaces the slow, manual back-and-forth that costs small businesses jobs.
Current focus
MVP: a public landing page that sells the vision, shows the pricing tiers ($79 Starter / $199 Pro / $399 Teams), and captures interested customers through a waitlist signup. It's the smallest thing that goes live and starts validating demand — real signups tell us which audience and pricing resonates before we build the full proposal engine. The landing page ships with clean modern design, the three-tier pricing layout, and an email capture form that feeds into the business inbox.
