Current focus
The complete working MVP is built, published, and verified on the preview (port 3000 / https://d9f06b72b27c37c520e567473a93870d.ctonew.app). Everything testable without a database has been verified: all routes serve, auth gates hold, copy is truthful (no invented companies/reviews/stats, no response-time guarantees, safety notice in place), WCAG 2.2 AA contrast and mobile behavior verified in-browser.
What exists: homeowner journey (4-step request form with ZIP coverage check, phone/email OTP verification with demo delivery seam, private match page with exact consent language, status + confirmation pages); admin suite (lead review/edit, criteria-based matching, company approval with credential review, ZIP/city/category/pricing/credit-pack/recovery-interval configuration, credits/disputes/refunds, audit log, CSV export, recovery dashboard with metrics, notification center); company portal (dashboard, lead queue scoped to own delivered leads, acknowledgment + outcome tracking, billing, disputes, profile, support); lead-recovery engine (admin-configurable intervals, exactly-once reminders, admin escalation, homeowner follow-ups, reassignment that requires fresh consent and never exposes a lead to two companies); payment seam (prepaid credit ledger, demo purchase flow, Stripe checkout seam keyed on STRIPE_SECRET_KEY); secure uploads (private storage, signed expiring links, role-gated serving, deletion); content + legal pages wired to admin-editable settings.
