What we're building

SiteSift is a lightweight AI assistant for small home-service companies—such as landscapers, remodelers, and HVAC contractors—that converts rough job notes into professional estimates, scopes of work, and customer follow-up messages. The first product will be a focused web experience where an owner pastes notes, chooses a service type, and receives an editable, client-ready job packet.

Current focus

Build the smallest usable MVP: a polished landing page and an interactive estimate generator with sample inputs, structured output, copy buttons, and a clear path for a contractor to try it immediately. Keep the workflow self-contained so the team can build, test, and publish it without external operations.

No setup required. Paste your job notes into the estimate generator, choose your service type (landscaping, remodeling, HVAC, etc.), and click generate. Edit the estimate directly in the interface and copy it to send to your customer.
