Once you acquire DeadFunnel, follow these steps to go live in 5 minutes:

Environment Setup The app is built in Next.js. To enable full functionality, add these keys to your environment:

RESEND_API_KEY: To automatically email PDF audits to users.
STRIPE_SECRET_KEY: To process monitoring subscriptions and one-time audit payments.
TURSO_DATABASE_URL: The app is already configured for Turso/SQLite for lead persistence.
2. Deploying the Crawler The crawler uses Puppeteer. If deploying to a server (like Vercel), ensure you use a serverless-friendly chromium layer (instructions included in the README.md within the codebase).

Admin Access Navigate to /admin to see your "Hot Lead" dashboard. This shows you every domain scanned and which ones are "bleeding" the most revenue, allowing you to reach out manually if you want to sell high-ticket consulting.
Codebase Location All source files, the scanning logic, and PDF templates are located in the src/ directory. The project is modular—adding new "Money Link" types (like LemonSqueezy or Shopify) takes only a few lines of code in lib/crawler.ts.
