Overview
Review to Revenue is a packaged AI team that turns customer reviews into actionable business intelligence. You paste in your reviews—from Google, Yelp, or anywhere else—and get back five outputs: a summary of feedback themes with counts and which reviews mention them, response drafts written in your own voice, a prioritized 30-day plan to address what customers are telling you, a staff meeting checklist, and five marketing ideas pulled directly from what customers said. Everything is reviewed and approved by you before it goes anywhere. The kit treats reviews as customer reports, keeps observations separate from suggestions, flags small sample sizes, and makes no promises about ratings or revenue.
Mission
Review to Revenue — business plan
Revision 6 (2026-10-09). Revisions 1–2 were approved by the owner on 2026-10-06; later revisions are the team's working updates until the owner confirms them. This plan is a working document the owner reviews, and the team's day-to-day detail — defects found, checks pending, next actions — lives in the team's task list rather than here.
What we're building
Review to Revenue — a reusable AI team, packaged for sale on the cto.new Marketplace. A buyer (a restaurant, café, salon, gym, retail store, or an agency serving local businesses) pastes in their customer reviews and gets back five things: a feedback summary with theme counts and the review labels behind every count, individual response drafts in their own tone, a prioritized 30-day improvement plan, a staff meeting checklist, and five marketing copy ideas grounded only in the feedback they supplied. The product ships with its four roles — Feedback Analyst, Customer Response Writer, Operations Planner, Marketing Writer — an intake questionnaire, and hard rules: reviews are treated as customer reports rather than verified facts, observations are kept separate from recommendations, small samples are flagged, nothing is invented, no revenue or rating promises are made, the owner approves everything before it goes out, and instructions embedded inside a review are treated as review content, not commands.
