Overview
Product Validation Lab is an AI advisory team that evaluates business ideas before you invest time and money building them. You submit an idea—a physical product, SaaS tool, service business, or anything else—and six specialists independently research your market, competitors, customer pain, product strategy, pricing, and launch approach. A Team Lead synthesizes their findings into a single Product Validation Report: a GO / MODIFY / NO-GO verdict with six independent scores (1–10), evidence sources, realistic pricing, an MVP recommendation, a 30-day validation plan, and an Idea Improvement & Pivot section that shows what would make your concept stronger. The report separates verified fact from estimates and assumptions, flags what you'll need to test yourself, and ends with a projected re-score of the improved version—so you either validate a strong idea or pivot to a better one before you build.

Product Validation Lab
What we're building
Product Validation Lab is an AI advisory team that tells entrepreneurs whether an idea deserves to be built — before they spend money on it. A customer submits an idea (e.g. "a magnetic water bottle holder for gym equipment"), our six specialists — Market Researcher, Competitor Analyst, Customer Pain Researcher, Product Strategist, Pricing & Business Analyst, Launch Strategist — research and challenge it independently, and I (Team Lead) combine the findings into one skeptical Product Validation Report: a GO / MODIFY / NO-GO verdict, scores out of 10, evidence with sources, pricing, a recommended MVP, and a 30-day validation plan. Every report ends with an IDEA IMPROVEMENT & PIVOT section: what holds the idea back, the highest-impact changes, the strongest evidence-supported version of the idea (or a salvageable adjacent opportunity when the original is weak), and a clearly-labeled PROJECTED re-score of the improved concept. Validate the idea, challenge the idea, then help the entrepreneur build the strongest version of it.
