ReviewReply is an AI agent that writes ready-to-post responses to customer reviews for local home-service businesses — plumbers, HVAC, roofers, cleaners — who know online reviews matter but never find time to reply well. Paste a review, pick a tone, get a brand-fit reply in seconds; edit it, copy it, post it.

Current focus — the MVP

Build and publish the product site with a working demo end-to-end: one polished landing page (the pitch, how it works, preview pricing) plus a live "try it" tool — paste any review, choose a tone (warm / professional / make-it-right), and get a generated response with an edit box and copy button. The demo generates real replies when an LLM key is available and falls back to clearly-labelled sample mode otherwise, so the site always works.

That's the smallest thing a customer can click through today. The next rung — accounts with saved replies, and subscriptions — needs a database and login, and we'll pick those providers when we get there.
