What we're building

A local plumbing service business: clear, fair-priced plumbing work — emergency call-outs, leaks, boilers and water heaters, drain clearing, bathroom and fixture installs — with a website that turns local searches into booked jobs and quote requests.

Current focus — the MVP

The first working version is a live, professional website a real customer can land on and act from:

• Home page with services, plain-language pricing guidance, service area, licensing/insurance, and a phone-call CTA above the fold
• Individual service pages so we show up for "emergency plumber near me" style searches
• A quote-request form (name, phone, address/suburb, job type, urgency, description) that validates, confirms to the customer, and logs every lead somewhere the team can review
• Mobile-first and fast — most plumbing searches happen on a phone, mid-emergency

Nothing counts as live until it is published, and the page loading and the form capturing a real submission will both be verified before this is called done. Beyond this first clickable version, the work is lead flow and local visibility — those come forward as the site lands.

Not yet: no online payments, no customer accounts, no booking calendar. Those come only if real demand asks for them.
