What we're building
PackWise is a home-moving advisor: someone planning a move picks a room or item type and gets a clear, practical packing plan — what to pack together, which packing materials to use, and how to pack it safely.
Current focus
The MVP is built and live on Vercel at an always-on, shareable URL:
- Live site: https://site-psi-three-83.vercel.app (all routes verified returning 200; SSO protection disabled, public)
The MVP has three parts:
- A landing page that explains the service.
- An interactive Packing Advisor — choose a room (kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, living room, home office, garage/storage) or an item (plates, glassware, books, TV, artwork, lamps, clothes, shoes, small appliances, mattress), and get a concrete plan: what to bundle together, the materials you need (boxes, tape, bubble wrap, paper…), and quick step-by-step tips.
- A printable master packing checklist of materials and supplies for moving day.
The team's preview URL (https://47c75ec21fcfa1bca79f3670a181ca4e.ctonew.app) remains the working environment for edits; updates go live by re-running the Vercel deploy.
Next: a custom domain (e.g. packwise.com) when the owner wants one, and growing the advisor's coverage (more rooms/items) based on how visitors use it. No payments or accounts in the MVP — the value is the advice itself.
