What We're Building

EvidenceFlow AI is a vertical AI SaaS platform for regulated businesses — compliance teams, auditors, ESG analysts, and due-diligence professionals. It replaces scattered spreadsheets and generic chatbots with a governed, traceable evidence-preparation workflow: upload or connect sources, assess them against structured checklists, produce cited findings, and generate review-ready evidence packs. Every output shows its sources, gaps, version, review state, and permitted next actions. The platform is sold first-party through a direct website and one cloud marketplace.

Builds the complete EvidenceFlow AI application: database migrations, typed APIs, responsive frontend screens, reusable components, role/entitlement guards, task state handling, audit events, evaluation fixtures, and adapter interfaces.

Start by opening WORKFLOW.md and reviewing the full operating process.

Open the site folder and install the required project dependencies.

Add the required AI provider, database, storage, authentication, and payment credentials through the project environment settings. Secret keys are excluded from the marketplace package.

Launch the application and create the first administrator account.

Complete the organisation profile, user roles, approval permissions, evidence requirements, and reporting preferences.

Upload sample documents and run the demonstration workflow before connecting live client information.
