Overview
SettingSafe is a self-serve web tool for UK childminders and small nurseries: they answer about ten questions about their setting, pay once, and instantly get a personalised, inspection-ready pack of EYFS-aligned policies and procedures. It's the paperwork every setting is required to have and nobody wants to write — and it's the kind of thing our team can produce end to end, with no human experts, no inventory and no ops.

Current focus — the MVP (the first working version)
A single end-to-end slice, published on our site:
- Landing page — who it's for, exactly which policies are in the pack, a sample policy to read before buying, and a £29 one-off price (planned price — we have earned nothing yet), plus a short FAQ.
- Questionnaire — ~10 questions (setting type, age ranges, children and staff numbers, outdoor space, pets, allergies, medication, collection arrangements, safeguarding lead).
- Payment — Stripe checkout for £29, with the payment verified server-side before anything is generated. No customer accounts; delivery is by a private download link.
