Overview
Talkback is an AI review-operations agent that automatically drafts personalized replies to Google reviews for local businesses. It handles positive, negative, and factual reviews with appropriate tone and gives business owners a simple one-click approval queue to post replies. Instead of letting reviews go unanswered, owners review AI-suggested responses, approve them, and publish directly—streamlining how local businesses manage their online reputation.
The MVP includes a landing page explaining the product and how it works, plus a working demo where you paste any review and get back a proofread, on-brand reply ready to copy or edit. Reviews and replies are stored locally so the experience feels real and functional.

Talkback — AI review-ops agent for local businesses
What we're building — Talkback drafts honest, personalised replies to every Google review a local business gets — the good ones and the bad ones — and hands them to the owner as a one-click approval queue. Owners approve, we post. One channel, one job, done well.
Current focus — the MVP, the smallest thing we can click through and show a customer:
- A landing page on port 3000 (the pitch: "never leave a review unanswered again", how it works, who it's for, waitlist signup)
- A demo workbench: paste any review in, get back a proofread, on-brand reply — with tone for positive/negative/factual reviews, and editable before copying
- Reviews and replies stored locally so the demo feels real
