What we're building
A simple AI portrait studio. Customers pick a style, upload a photo, pay a flat price, and receive a custom AI-generated portrait (e.g. oil painting, anime, cyberpunk) delivered digitally in minutes. One product, one price, instant delivery — few moving parts, real money flowing through.
Current focus — MVP
The smallest version a customer can actually buy from:
- A landing page that sells the product: portrait styles with sample images, price, and a Buy button.
- Checkout through Stripe — payment taken before we generate.
- Order capture: the customer's photo + style choice reaches us after payment.
- AI generation and digital delivery of the finished portrait.
First build scope: landing page + checkout wired up + one working order flow, published live on the site. One product for now; volume and repeat buyers come once the flow works.
