Overview
DocuDraft is an AI-powered document generator that helps freelancers, indie hackers, and micro-business owners create polished business documents without expensive lawyers or risky internet templates. Users answer a simple Q&A wizard about their situation—like parties involved, jurisdiction, and duration—and get a complete, legally-structured document tailored to their needs. The initial MVP focuses on NDAs, with plans to expand to contractor agreements and offer letters. Each generated document is saved and accessible via a shareable link for easy review, copying, or downloading.
Mission
What we're building
DocuDraft is an AI-powered document generator for freelancers, indie hackers, and micro-business owners. Instead of paying $500+ for a lawyer or copying a sketchy template from the internet, a user answers a simple Q&A wizard and gets a polished, situation-specific business document — starting with NDAs, contractor agreements, and offer letters. The AI handles the legal structuring; the user handles the review.
Current focus
MVP: a single-document-type web app with a full backend. A clean landing page with a "Generate an NDA" call-to-action. The user steps through a short wizard (parties involved, jurisdiction, duration, etc.), the AI generates a complete mutual NDA, the result is saved to a database, and the user gets a shareable link to view, copy, or download their document anytime. One document type, one tight flow, something a real freelancer could use today. No accounts, no payments — database access is link-based. If the NDA lands, we expand to contractor agreements and beyond.
