It instantly responds to booking inquiries during peak hours, checks real-time availability, prevents double-bookings, and escalates complex requests to staff. The system also includes automated missed-call follow-up to recover lost bookings. Owners get a clear landing page explaining the booking flow and availability protection, with a simple demo request form to see the system in action.

What we're building
BookSambhal restaurants और salons के लिए 24/7 WhatsApp booking assistant है, जो peak hours में तुरंत जवाब देता है, उपलब्ध time slots जाँचता है, double-booking रोकता है और जरूरत पड़ने पर staff को complex queries forward करता है। Missed-call follow-up automation भी इसका हिस्सा होगा।
Current focus
पहला MVP एक स्पष्ट, भरोसेमंद landing page होगा जो समस्या, WhatsApp booking flow, availability protection और missed-call follow-up को समझाए तथा restaurant/salon owners से demo request ले। Intent है कि owner इस page को देखकर तुरंत समझ सके कि BookSambhal कैसे lost bookings कम कर सकता है और demo के लिए संपर्क कर सके।
