Overview
TrimGrow helps customers cut their recurring bills—internet, insurance, subscriptions, utilities—and automatically invests the money they save. The MVP is a landing page with a savings estimator that shows how much users could save yearly and what that money could grow to if invested, plus email capture for a waitlist. Buyers get a turnkey lead-and-capture engine to validate the bill-negotiation and auto-investing market.

What we're building
TrimGrow is an app that scans your recurring bills (internet, insurance, subscriptions, utilities), finds cheaper alternatives and negotiates them down, then automatically routes the money you save into investments (index funds, high-yield savings) so your savings compound on autopilot.
Current focus — the MVP
A landing page that makes the value prop instantly clear and captures a waitlist of early users:
- Clean, trustworthy pitch: "We cut your bills. We invest the difference."
- A savings estimator — input rough monthly bills, see projected yearly savings plus what it would grow to if invested
- Email capture to start a waitlist
This is the smallest thing a real customer can click through and react to. The bill-scanning and auto-investing engine comes later, once we have traction and a waitlist.
