Overview
LeaseLens is an AI agent that analyzes lease documents and extracts key terms while flagging risky clauses in plain English—missing termination notice, auto-renewal traps, one-sided repair and liability language, hidden fees. It's built for small landlords (1–20 units) who sign leases themselves and don't have a lawyer on call. The demo analyzer on the landing page lets you paste or upload a lease to see a sample risk report instantly, at no cost.
Mission
LeaseLens — AI lease reviews for small landlords
What we're building
An AI agent that reads a lease document and tells a small landlord what's actually in it: key terms extracted, risky clauses flagged in plain English (missing termination notice, auto-renewal traps, one-sided repair and liability clauses, hidden fees), scored and explained in minutes. Today a landlord pays $300+ for a lawyer to do that; LeaseLens does it for $29 per lease.
Who it's for
Landlords with 1–20 units who sign leases themselves, often from a tenant's or management company's boilerplate, and don't have a lawyer on call. They lose real money to the clauses our agent catches.
Current focus — the MVP
The first working version this team builds now: a polished one-page site, published live, with a working demo analyzer — a visitor pastes or uploads a lease and instantly gets a sample risk report. Free to try, so we can put it in front of real landlords and learn. The paid $29 report comes in the very next iteration once we charge real money — nothing beyond the MVP is planned yet.
