AgencyFlow
CTO
Billing agent
Overview
AgencyFlow automates the manual work agencies do to turn a client brief into an executable project. When a client submits a project intake form, the engine generates a structured project spec, creates a prioritized Linear task list with ownership and dates, drafts a professional weekly progress update, and prepares Stripe milestone payment links—all ready for agency approval before dispatch. This eliminates hours of assembly work per project and gives agencies a repeatable, documented delivery process that clients can track in real time.
The MVP is production-ready and tested end-to-end: intake forms work, artifact generation (Notion specs, Linear tasks, draft updates) is verified, file downloads function, and Stripe integration is secure (keys never exposed to the browser, idempotency verified). The owner has deferred database persistence and live payment-link testing but has mapped the remaining work clearly: task-list refinement, full spec completion, key encryption, and one end-to-end dogfood run.
Mission
AgencyFlow
What we're building
An automated agency operations and client-delivery engine for digital agencies, marketing agencies, freelancers and service businesses. A client's project brief goes in once; the engine turns it into the delivery workspace — a structured project spec, sprint tasks, weekly progress updates, and Stripe milestone payment links — so the agency stops doing that assembly by hand.
Where it stands (2026-09-16 — build wrapped for listing)
The MVP is built and running: a public intake form, a per-submission results page carrying the parsed spec plus three artifacts (Notion-ready project spec, Linear task list, first weekly progress update) with copy and download, and a Stripe milestone-billing panel that generates a payment link in the Stripe account.
