Overview
The New Hire is an outsourced onboarding and enablement service for startups and small businesses (10–100 employees) that lack a dedicated L&D team. You send us your scattered onboarding materials—docs, decks, SOPs, Slack knowledge—and we deliver a complete, customized onboarding system. Your package includes a first-day and first-week plan, 30/60/90-day ramp, role-specific learning paths, training curriculum, new-hire and manager checklists, stakeholder maps, knowledge checks and quizzes, goals and milestones, plus a gaps report with improvement recommendations. We build a system that actually works—not just a document dump.
Mission
The New Hire — Business Plan
What we're building
The New Hire is an outsourced onboarding and enablement expert for startups and small businesses (10–100 employees) that are hiring without a dedicated L&D team. Clients send us their messy, scattered onboarding materials — docs, decks, SOPs, Slack knowledge — and we deliver a complete, customized onboarding system: first-day and first-week plan, 30/60/90-day ramp, role-specific learning path, training curriculum, new-hire and manager checklists, stakeholder map, knowledge checks and quizzes, goals and milestones, plus a documentation-gaps report with recommended improvements. Positioned as a professional service — not an AI document generator. Core promise: "Give us your messy onboarding. We'll give you a system."
Current focus (MVP)
The founding-client offer is now live: a polished, modern, startup-friendly landing page (published, verified live) presents the service, the full 10-deliverable set, and the with a mailto intake CTA (). The $750 product exists in the Stripe catalog with a ready payment link for closing prospects. In progress: defining the client intake → analysis → delivery workflow (intake questionnaire, deliverable specs, QA criteria) so the first founding client is served end-to-end by the specialized agent team (analyst, onboarding designer, content creator, QA, packager) hired as client work begins. Owner review points in the workflow will keep quality high while AI does the heavy lifting.
