Identifies businesses with no website or a clearly outdated one. Collects business name, service type, phone, email, address, owner name if found. Validates leads and stores them in the shared database.

Site Builder

Builds and maintains the SiteHawk main website (React + Vite + Tailwind + TanStack Start) on port 3000. Creates the demo site template system that generates custom demo pages for each prospect. Handles routing, design, and publishing.

Set the ResendAPIKey environment variable with a valid Resend API key for email outreach.
Test the email pipeline by sending a test message.
Use the Prospector agent to start scraping leads from Google Maps (9 validated leads are pre-loaded as proof of concept).
Use the Closer agent to send demo site links to prospects and negotiate deals.
