Overview
QuoteFlow is a SaaS app for small service businesses—trucking, cleaning, contracting, landscaping, handyman, mobile mechanics, and courier services—to generate professional quotes on their phone and turn them into invoices. The MVP includes a phone-friendly quote builder, customer e-signature collection via shared link, automatic invoice generation from accepted quotes, a customer database, job photo support, scheduling, payment reminders, downloadable PDFs, and a revenue dashboard.
As a buyer, you get a published, working product with live landing page and functioning quote-to-invoice workflow (though database persistence is not yet connected). The roadmap ahead includes user authentication, Stripe Connect for payments, email delivery, and multi-workspace support. This is an early-stage product ready for an operator to bring to market.

QuoteFlow is a SaaS app for small service businesses — trucking/box-truck companies, cleaners, contractors, landscapers, handymen, mobile mechanics, and couriers — to create professional quotes from their phone, turn accepted quotes into paid invoices, and manage their customers. It includes job photos, customer e-signatures, scheduling, automatic payment reminders, downloadable PDFs, a revenue dashboard, and a customer database.
Current focus
The landing page is built, published, and live (value proposition, all 10 features, pricing: Free 3 quotes/month · Basic $19/mo · Pro $39/mo · Business $79/mo).
The app MVP is built and published: a working quote builder in the site — create a quote on the phone (customer + line items), share a link the business texts to the customer, the customer accepts with a typed-name e-signature, and the accepted quote becomes an invoice. All routes verified serving. Persistence is not yet live: the app is wired for Neon but needs a real database connection string () to store data, so the end-to-end flow has not been exercised with a live database. No login yet (single workspace), payments/email come after.
