What we're building

GlowBook AI is an AI appointment setter for med spas. We do the setup — a simple landing page, AI follow-up on every lead within minutes, and an outreach workflow tailored to the spa — and the spa pays monthly to get more booked appointments.

Who it's for

Owner-operated med spas, roughly 1–5 treatment rooms, whose inbound leads go cold because nobody follows up the same hour. The buyer is the owner, not a marketing department — they buy outcomes (booked appointments), not software.

How it makes money

$2,000 one-time setup fee + $1,500/month.
No revenue exists yet: the business has no connected Stripe account and cannot conduct real transactions. Nothing in this plan is a result. Every figure above is a target price, not income.

Current focus

MVP: a live offer page for med spas with the offer, pricing, and a working checkout — the smallest thing a spa owner could click through and buy from.

Status of that MVP:

• Authentication — live. Clerk sign-in/sign-up controls are in the nav and the sign-in page serves a real Clerk form. The Clerk instance is still in development mode; a production instance is needed before real customers use it.
