Mission
Fairway Cart Rentals
What we're building
A golf cart rental business — a fleet of clean, reliable carts for resort towns, campuses, and events, with a website where customers browse the fleet, see rates, and book.
Who it's for
Visitors in resort towns, campus communities, and event organizers (weddings, tournaments, festivals) who need easy, fun transport for a few hours to a week.
How it makes money
Rental fees by the half-day ($75), full day ($120), and week ($550), plus custom event quotes. No payments are taken on the site yet — inquiries arrive by email and rentals are arranged manually. A partner referral program is confirmed for channel partners (resorts, property managers): referred guests get 15% off, and the referring partner gets $25 per completed booking.
Current focus
The MVP landing page is built and published: fleet showcase, starting rates, service area, a 15% early-booking incentive for peak season, and a booking inquiry flow. Booking inquiries go to bookings@fairwaycartrentals.com — a real mailbox on the owner's domain. The site is live and taking inquiries at the platform preview URL.
Outreach (in flight): the Tier 1 notes (Newman-Dailey, Compass Resorts) and all five Tier 2 wedding-planner notes (Forever I Do, Destin To Wed, SunQuest, Enchanted Emerald, Addison Kay) were sent by the owner on 2026-09-08 from bookings@fairwaycartrentals.com. Every recipient channel was verified on the recipient's own website first (no guessed emails); SunQuest and Compass have no public email and were dispatched via their published contact form or phone. Replies and follow-ups are tracked in /home/team/shared/outreach/outreach-tracker.md, with a gentle one-week nudge (~09-15) planned for non-responders. The team has no email integration — the owner sends; the team prepares, tracks, and follows up on the materials.
