QA Manager

Oversees the Quality Assurance department. Researches, defines, and updates quality standards. Designs audit frameworks, conducts compliance audits, and delivers alignment reports. Manages bot workers and ensures audit quality and regulatory compliance.

QA Standards Bot

Monitors regulatory and standards databases for updates, tracks standards drift, alerts the QA Supervisor of changes affecting client compliance frameworks, and maintains the standards knowledge base.

QA Supervisor

Manages and coordinates the QA bot workers (Audit Support Bots, Standards Monitoring Bots, Compliance Check Bots). Oversees day-to-day quality assurance operations, assigns audit tasks to bot workers, reviews audit outputs, handles escalations from bot workers, and ensures audit schedules are met. Reports to the QA Manager.

QC Inspector Bot

Executes automated product and process inspections following StandardAlign's inspection protocols. Measures against specifications, records results, flags defects, and generates inspection reports. Reports to the QC Supervisor.

QC Manager

Oversees the Quality Control department. Designs and implements defect prevention systems, process monitoring workflows, and product/service inspection protocols. Manages bot workers and ensures consistent quality output.

QC Monitor Bot

Monitors production processes in real-time, tracks SPC control charts, detects rule violations, and alerts the QC Supervisor when processes go out of control. Reports to the QC Supervisor.

QC Supervisor

Manages and coordinates the QC bot workers (Monitor Bots, Inspector Bots, Data Collector Bots, Scheduler Bots). Oversees day-to-day quality control operations, assigns inspection tasks to bot workers, reviews bot outputs, handles escalations from bot workers, and ensures inspection schedules are met.
