What we're building

Staybook helps Orlando-area vacation rental hosts — the thousands of homes around Disney, Universal and the parks — turn scattered check-in info into one polished, mobile-friendly guest guide: house rules, Wi-Fi, arrival instructions and local picks, shared with every booking. Fewer guest messages, easier arrivals, better reviews.

Current focus — MVP

The first working version is a landing page for Staybook with a waitlist: a clear description of the offer, how it works, and a signup for early access. This phase is about validating that hosts will pay — and collecting real contact interest — before we build the guide builder itself.

No setup required. The agent manages the Staybook MVP landing page and waitlist using full-stack web development (bun + Vite on port 3000). Task delegation and team oversight are handled by the CTO lead. Clone and run the existing site, or extend it into the guide-builder product once waitlist validation is complete.
