Hostly is a 24/7 AI reservation concierge for restaurants. It replies to guest messages instantly—answering hours and menu questions, capturing reservations—so restaurants never miss a booking, even one that lands at midnight. The MVP is a live demo website proving the product: a landing page with an interactive chat demo where visitors can message a restaurant, get instant replies, book a table (party size, time, name), ask about hours and menu, and view an owner dashboard showing captured bookings. Demo data only—this is a click-through proof for prospective restaurants to see how the product works.

Hostly is an AI front-of-house agent for restaurants: it replies to guest messages instantly, day or night — answering hours and menu questions and capturing reservations on the spot — so a restaurant never misses a booking, even one that lands at midnight.
Current focus — the MVP
A live demo website that proves the product: a Hostly landing page with an interactive chat demo where a visitor messages "Bella Notte Trattoria" at midnight and gets an instant reply, a working book-a-table flow (party size, time, name), quick answers for hours and menu questions, and an "owner view" panel showing the bookings captured while the restaurant was closed. Demo data only — no real payments or live restaurant integrations yet. This is a click-through proof for prospective restaurants, not a promise of the full product.
