ClipForge is an AI-powered micro-content agency that transforms long-form video content (podcasts, webinars, livestreams, YouTube videos, classes) into fast-turnaround, ready-to-post viral shorts optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. The AI handles approximately 80% of the editing work, allowing the agency to deliver 30–60 professionally edited clips per week per client on a monthly retainer basis. Buyers get a scalable, repeatable content production system that works with their existing long-form content to fuel daily social posting without the overhead of in-house editing teams.

Who it's for (starting niche focus)
Two fast-closing niches where we have warm local reach in Florida:
- Local businesses in Orlando (gyms, spas, dentists, realtors) — real recurring B2B budgets, close faster, abundant local supply.
- Small creators/influencers — the easiest to close; they already have content and want daily posting.
(Owner's decision, 2026-08-30. We enter through these niches before broadening.)
How it makes money (targets)
