Overview
ReplyPilot centralizes incoming email threads in one workspace and flags which ones need a reply. The app moves threads through states (New → Needs Reply → Waiting on Them → Done), shows what's overdue, and drafts professional responses in seconds so nothing gets missed. It's built as a private web app—each account owner has their own isolated workspace where they can add email threads manually, track their status, and generate suggested replies with tone options (professional, friendly, or firm).
Mission
ReplyPilot
What we're building
A web app for small businesses that puts every incoming email thread in one place, shows which ones are waiting on a reply, and drafts the response for you — so nothing gets missed and replies take seconds instead of minutes.
Current focus
Ship the MVP on our own site: a working logged-in web app that does three things end to end.
- Sign up / sign in — an owner creates an account and their workspace is private to them.
- Track threads — add an email thread (sender, subject, body, received date) and move it through its states: New → Needs reply → Waiting on them → Done. A dashboard lists what needs attention, oldest first, with a needs-a-reply count and an overdue flag after 2 days of inactivity.
- Draft the reply — open a thread, hit "Draft reply", and get an editable suggested response (tone: professional / friendly / firm) that the user can copy, edit, and save back to the thread as the sent record.
