RoomBid is a white-label SaaS platform that helps small cabinet, closet, built-in, and vanity shops generate instant estimates for homeowners. Shop owners customize their own pricing rules, service types, materials, finishes, and add-ons, then share a branded estimate page by link or QR code. Homeowners upload photos, enter rough dimensions, select project options, and receive a ballpark estimate range with an itemized breakdown. Shops receive completed leads with photos and selections in a dashboard, where they can manage lead status, edit pricing in real time, and track consultations. The MVP is live with a demo shop fully operational.

What we're building

Homeowners upload photos, enter rough dimensions, pick project options and give budget and timeline; they get a clearly labeled ballpark estimate range. The shop receives the full lead (photos, selections, estimate, contact info) in a dashboard, with lead statuses and paid consultation bookings coming later.

The MVP is built, published and verified end to end: Hearth & Pine Cabinetry (RoomBid's demo shop) is live at https://18ea7b97a43830860a82c99355f6b0db.ctonew.app. A homeowner opens the branded page on any device, answers a 6-step guided form (project type, rough measurements, materials, finishes, add-ons, budget, timeline), uploads photos, and instantly sees a clearly labeled ballpark range computed from the shop's pricing rules — with an itemized breakdown and plain-English explanation. The lead lands in a password-protected dashboard where the owner reviews photos and selections, moves leads through statuses (New → Contacted → Scheduled → Won/Lost), edits pricing live (changes hit the public page instantly), and shares the estimate page by link or QR code. The schema is multi-tenant-ready (shop_id on every table).
