What we're building

An AI-powered fleet operations platform for delivery companies. FleetWise gives dispatchers and fleet managers a single pane of glass over their daily operations: vehicle checkouts, driver inspections, dispatch board, route analytics, maintenance tracking, and AI coaching that helps drivers and managers spot issues before they become problems.

Current focus

Building on the working dispatch board MVP, we're now adding the AI coaching layer — the feature that sets FleetWise apart from a simple digital clipboard.

Two things happening in parallel:

Persistence — migrate from in-memory store to a real database so data survives restarts
AI coaching v1 — an insights panel on the dispatch board that analyzes fleet data and surfaces actionable coaching tips (e.g. "FW-104 has been flagged for tire issues on 3 of the last 5 checkouts — schedule inspection", "Alex Rivera averages 15% better fuel efficiency than fleet average")

This is the smallest slice of AI coaching a fleet manager could actually use: no chat interface, no complex ML pipeline — just an AI-generated insight feed that reads the fleet's own data and tells you what needs attention.
