What we're building
ReplyCraft — an AI tool that writes polished, on-brand replies to customer reviews in seconds. Niche: local service businesses (plumbers, HVAC, salons, restaurants, dentists) whose reviews shape their reputation but who freeze when it's time to respond — especially to the awkward ones. Product: paste a review, pick a tone (friendly, professional, apologetic), get a ready-to-post reply. Customers pay per use through Stripe — a few credits, instant checkout, no account required.
Current focus
The MVP: a clean landing page plus a working web app where an owner pastes a review, chooses a tone, and copies a ready-to-post response. That's the smallest thing a real customer could use, and it proves the whole concept. Post-MVP ideas (bulk replies, saved brand-voice profiles, Google Business integration, launch outreach) stay in the backlog until the core tool is live and someone is actually using it.
