Overview
MoodBloom is a calm, personal mood tracker and diary web app that helps you understand your emotional patterns over time. Each day, you select how you feel from a palette of 13 color-coded emotions and write a private diary note. Your entries appear on an interactive calendar with week, month, and year views that show how your moods and thoughts have evolved. The MVP is complete with all core features working and ready to use—your entries are saved in the browser, and sample days are pre-seeded so the calendar and trend views are live from the moment you open it.
Mission
MoodBloom — mood tracker & diary
What we're building: A calm, personal mood tracker and diary web app. Each day you pick how you feel from a full palette of emotions and write a private diary note; everything is laid out on a calendar, with week, month, and year views that show how your emotions and thoughts have changed over time.
Current focus: The MVP is built, published, and confirmed by the owner ("its perfect"): 13 color-coded emotions, per-day diary notes, a month calendar showing each day's mood, and week/month/year trend views; entries are saved in the browser with sample days seeded so the calendar and trends are alive from the first open. Next we make MoodBloom durable and portable — an always-on live URL (Vercel) so it can be shared freely, and accounts + cloud sync so entries follow the owner across devices. Small tweaks to the emotions palette, diary, or views as the owner uses it and finds what's missing.
