What we're building
A mobile car detailing business: we bring the water, power and supplies to the customer's home or office and detail their car in their own driveway. Customers find us through a simple local site, see exactly what's on offer, and request a booking.
Current focus — the MVP
Status: the booking page is built and live on our published site. It contains: a headline and what-we-do, three reasons a driveway beats a shop visit, three packages with prices and inclusions, a service-area block, a booking request form, and a private page where the owner can read the requests.
What is genuinely real today, versus placeholder:
- Real: the page serves publicly; the booking form captures name, phone, car, town/area, package, preferred day and notes, validates them server-side, and never fakes success — if a request cannot be stored, the customer is told plainly instead of being silently dropped. The owner's requests page refuses to show anything without a passphrase.
- Placeholder: the three packages show starting estimates ($79 / $179 / $149) and are visibly labelled provisional on the page; with nothing charged online and the exact price confirmed with the customer before any work. No phone number is shown (the site says "phone number coming soon"); the service area says it is being finalised; the "Our work" section is honestly empty pending real photos.
