What we're building
SiteScope AI is a subscription intelligence platform for property developers, structural engineers, and land investors. It helps users discover hidden development opportunities — derelict buildings, brownfield sites, disused airfields, former MOD land — and evaluate them with engineering-grade analysis, not just listing data. Over time, anonymised project data improves the scoring models, making the platform progressively more defensible.
Current focus
MVP: Landing page + Engineering Companion ebook. The first deliverable is a public-facing landing page that explains the platform, communicates the value proposition, and collects emails from interested users. Alongside it, we ship the Engineering Companion — a downloadable ebook covering foundations, contaminated land, retaining structures, brownfield development, and adaptive reuse. It doubles as a lead magnet and a standalone reference product, giving us something to share immediately while the full platform is built.
