MVP: A single-page interactive simulator. A web app where someone selects a building type, clicks/drags it onto a site grid, and sees colour-coded feedback overlays — green for compliant, amber for caution, red for likely issues — covering spacing, boundary setbacks, overshadowing (simplified sun-path), access, and parking. No accounts, no persistence — just an immediate, useful simulation anyone can open and play with.
