Overview
QuoteSnap AI is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that turns customer photos and job descriptions into professional quotes for local service businesses. Business owners set their pricing rules once, then customers submit job requests through a shareable public page—customers upload photos and describe the work, AI organizes the information and suggests an estimate based on the business's configured prices, the owner reviews and approves, and customers accept or decline on a secure link. The platform handles the full pipeline from lead capture to booked jobs, with features including customer photo storage, AI-powered estimate suggestions, owner approval dashboard, and secure quote acceptance links.

What we're building
QuoteSnap AI is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for local service businesses (landscapers, cleaners, painters, pressure washers, mobile detailers, contractors). Each business gets a shareable public quote-request page — for its Instagram bio, Google Business profile, website, QR code, or texts — where customers describe the job and upload photos. AI organizes each request and drafts a suggested estimate strictly from the business's own pricing rules, the owner approves and sends a professional mobile-friendly quote, and the customer accepts or declines on a secure link. Photos in, booked jobs out.
