MamaSteps is a simple, mobile-first checklist app designed for teen moms navigating pregnancy, newborn care, and early parenthood. The app organizes to-dos by life stage—pregnancy, newborn, and baby—and saves progress locally so moms can check off items and track what's been done, all without needing an account or complicated setup. The outcome: a teen mom gets a warm, straightforward tool that makes managing appointments, baby care tasks, and day-to-day life feel a little less overwhelming.

What we're building

Current focus
The MVP: a working checklist app on our site. A teen mom lands on a friendly, mobile-first page, picks her stage (Pregnancy, Newborn, Baby), works through an organized checklist (checking items off as she goes), and her progress is saved on her phone. No accounts, no backend — the smallest thing a teen mom could actually use today. Free to use; how the business sustains itself comes later, once we see what moms really need.

No setup required. Clone the repository, run the build with Bun/Vite, and deploy. The app works entirely client-side with no backend—progress saves locally on each user's phone.
