Overview
The product: Paste your ad copy. Pick a content type. Get flagged phrases ranked by severity — red "likely violation," yellow "needs substantiation," blue "best practice" — each with the rule implicated and a compliant rewrite, plus a one-click timestamped PDF audit for compliance files. Screens against CFPB/UDAAP standards: Dodd-Frank §§1031/1036, Reg Z, Reg X, and CFPB advertising guidance.
Built and verified:
Deployed landing page with early-access waitlist (email capture writing to storage) and a view counter for conversion tracking
Review engine: six content types, strict JSON output contract, one retry on malformed model output, graceful handling of missing/invalid API credentials
Findings UI: severity-ordered cards with quotes, citations, and rewrites
Timestamped PDF audit export — maps to how compliance teams already document reviews
14/14 unit tests on the review engine, clean git history, branded Open Graph link preview
The core IP: a locked six-category CFPB/UDAAP reviewer prompt with severity definitions and a structured output schema — the compliance domain expertise a rebuild would take weeks to reproduce.
Buyer setup — one step, zero code: add your own ANTHROPIC_API_KEY and republish. The app ships with a verified graceful "not configured" state until then; reviews go live the moment your key is in. No other credentials needed.
Honest state: pre-revenue, pre-users. Stripe not connected; billing and accounts deliberately deferred. The early-access page is deployed and the waitlist mechanism is tested, but the demand test is young — the demand signal is yours to create. No custom domain included.
Who this is for: a buyer with distribution into fintech, lending, insurance, or agency-land. Marketing-compliance screening is a recurring workflow — every asset, every campaign, every compliance file — and the PDF audit is built for exactly that record-keeping.
Stack: TanStack Start (React + Vite + Tailwind), Anthropic Claude (Sonnet), SQLite (Neon-ready). Includes full source, deployed site, locked reviewer prompt, test suite, and social/OG assets.
