MenuMath is an offline-first recipe costing web app built for caterers, personal chefs, food trucks, and boutique kitchens. Users track multiple vendor price quotes per ingredient, and the app automatically surfaces the best (lowest) cost per unit, then rolls ingredients, labor, overhead, and margins into accurate per-recipe pricing. Costing sheets export to professional PDFs with one click. Built with Vite, React 19, and Tailwind CSS, with all data persisted client-side via localStorage. The foundation is complete and ready to scale toward a freemium SaaS model.
