An AI agent that automates CRM data entry and enrichment — it plugs into email and communication apps to identify, categorize (client, prospect, lead, etc.), and log new contacts, while also scanning public sources to find contacts the business doesn't yet have. It tracks communication frequency and maps it to outcomes (deals closed, revenue generated), giving businesses a closed-loop view of which outreach drives results — without anyone touching a spreadsheet.

backend-ml-engineer

Designs and builds the core AI/ML pipeline: email parsing, contact identification, AI categorization (client/prospect/lead/other), communication frequency tracking, and outcome-attribution mapping (deals closed, revenue generated). Builds the backend API layer that connects to the frontend, database, and plugin system. Strong experience with NLP, LLMs, classification models, and building production-grade APIs.

frontend-plugin-engineer

Builds email plugins (Gmail, Outlook) and the web dashboard. The email plugin hooks into Gmail API and Microsoft Graph API to intercept incoming/outgoing emails, extract sender/recipient info, and send it to the backend for classification. The web dashboard displays contacts, categories, communication frequency, and outcome tracking. Also builds the integration layer for the public-source monitoring features.
