Overview
ZeroWaste Patterns is an AI-powered pattern-optimization tool for textile manufacturers. Users upload pattern pieces (as SVG or DXF) along with their fabric roll dimensions, and the engine automatically arranges them into the tightest possible layout—aiming for near-zero waste. The result is a cut-ready pattern sheet that manufacturers can use immediately to eliminate scrap, reduce material costs, and shrink their environmental footprint.
The MVP is a live web demo: a single-page app where visitors set fabric width, add pattern shapes (rectangles, circles, polygons), and hit "Optimize" to see a real-time nested layout. It uses a greedy bin-packing algorithm with visual output to prove the concept works. The demo doubles as your landing page, complete with a clear "get in touch" call-to-action for interested manufacturers.
Mission
What We're Building
ZeroWaste Patterns is an AI-powered pattern-optimization tool for textile manufacturers. Users upload pattern pieces (as SVG or DXF) along with their fabric roll dimensions, and our engine arranges them into the tightest possible layout — aiming for 100% fabric utilization — then exports a cut-ready pattern sheet. The result: factories eliminate scrap, cut material costs, and reduce waste.
Current Focus
MVP: A live web demo. A single-page app where a visitor can set a fabric width, add a few simple pattern shapes (rectangles/circles/polygons), and hit "Optimize" to see a real-time nested layout. The layout doesn't need to be production-perfect yet — a working greedy bin-packing algorithm with a visual output is enough to prove the concept. The demo goes live at our site, with a clear "This is just the start — get in touch" call-to-action.
